This is the best way to find a specific Tamarac booking report.
If you need help with the search, the BSO says to contact the Broward County Jail at 800-224-5937. Staff can assist with finding Tamarac booking data that might not show up in the online tool. How Tamarac Bookings Work
Tamarac does not operate its own jail. When someone is arrested in Tamarac, they go to one of the four Broward County jail facilities for booking. The BSO runs all detention operations for the county.

At the jail, staff fingerprint the person, take a booking photo, and enter the charges. Under Chapter 943 of the Florida Statutes, law enforcement must capture fingerprints and facial images of all adults charged with felonies or misdemeanors. This data is sent to the FDLE and becomes part of the statewide criminal justice database. The Tamarac booking report is created here and becomes a public record right away.

Tamarac Booking Photo Rules
Booking photos from Tamarac arrests are public records. You can view them through the arrest search tool. Florida law restricts how third parties use these photos on the internet.
Under Chapter 901.43, it is illegal for for-profit websites to charge money to remove booking photos. If your Tamarac booking photo appears on such a site, you can demand removal in writing. The site has 10 days to take it down. The penalty is $1,000 per day if they do not comply. If the photo gets put back up, the fine rises to $5,000 per day. This law gives Tamarac residents protection against mugshot exploitation websites.
The BSO also notes that juvenile records, medical and mental health records, expunged records, and sealed records are restricted from public access. Personal identifiers beyond what is in the booking report are also not released. Standard adult booking reports from Tamarac are fully public, though.
